Commission cut-off & opening hours in the run-up to Christmas

The countdown to Christmas has officially begun!

The run-up to Christmas is always a chaotic time, so we thought we’d communicate our opening hours and the all-important compliance deadline for commission payments with plenty of notice.

Early Close for Staff Training

Please note that we will be running a staff training event on Friday 7th December 2018. Our Chester office will close at 14:00 pm and the Southend office will be closed all day.

Both offices will be open for business as usual on Monday 10th December at 9:00 am.

Christmas Opening Hours

The Southend and Chester offices will close at 12:00 pm on Christmas Eve and reopen on Wednesday 2nd January 2019 at 9:00 am.

Access to software will continue as normal, however, support services may be limited and we recommend referring to lender and supplier updates for information on when they will be operational during this period.

Commission Cut-Off

The cut-off for the commission that is due to be paid in January will be 13:00 pm on Friday 21st December 2018. Any compliance on cases submitted after this date will not be paid until the beginning of February 2019.*
