Specialist Lending Training Academy
We’re pleased to invite you to our free CPD accredited Specialist Lending Training Academy, where we’ll be bringing you up to speed on the latest developments in the second charge, bridging and commercial sectors.
In recent years, greater awareness amongst brokers and consumers has led to specialist lending becoming a buoyant market in its own right. In line with the mortgage and buy to let markets, generally rates have plummeted and competition has become fierce.
Our half-day event promises to provide you with the market insights, technical knowledge and tools which you will need to prosper in these growing areas.
Established specialist lenders; Interbay, Prestige Finance and Affirmative Finance, will be speaking at both Training Academies. Each discussing the key areas of growth to watch out for in 2017 and their own individual niches. To compliment the second charge product training, Mortgage Brain will be demonstrating their new remortgage and second charge comparison tool.
