Our bridging team can fund short-term deals, both large and small, within a tight turnaround. How? We know the sixteen bridging lenders on our panel inside-out. This means that we understand when presented with a case which lenders will potentially consider the deal and provide a decision on the very same day.

When we have secured a lender for you, we can either deal with the client directly and provide you with regular updates or send you a list of all of the documents which we will need from the client. Once we have received the documents, we will check they all match the lender’s requirement to ensure the case goes through without a hitch.

On completion, we will pay you 50% of the proc fee and broker fee.
