360 Lifecycle software to be deployed by Ingard

Written by Carlos Thibaut, CEO of 360

360 Dot Net are delighted to become Ingard’s technology partner providing the 360 Lifecycle practice management system, FactFind and Client Portal.

Formed in 2010, 360 Lifecycle has been in use since 2004 as a bespoke product for the Lifetime Group and its business partners. Now an independent company, 360 Dot Net is one of the few truly independent software houses in the intermediary sector who recently secured investment from a FTSE 100 investment company. 360 Lifecycle has over 5,000 users and handles over 1¾ million active client records for three major financial networks and a sizable DA presence including Knight Frank Finance.

360 software sets itself apart by following the mortgage and protection sales and administration process, following opportunities and servicing reviews through FactFinding and sourcing to fulfillment with post-sale and review. Throughout the process, all 360 products reduce the amount of unnecessary or repeated data entry, sharing data between the CRM, client facing FactFind, the main FactFind with mortgage, protection and GI sourcing, and the Client Portal. With a focused front-office system for advisers to handle day-to-day activities, its back-office solution provides a rich workflow system for administrators as well as tools for sales and marketing.

Client engagement has proven to retain clients with automated service reviews and regular communications through 360’s Campaign Manager and Client Portal. The Client Portal starts a digital relationship between the adviser and client, generating new servicing and non-advised opportunities while reinforcing the advisor’s service, an example being regular automated property valuations. The Client Portal builds on each great client outcome and increases the stickability between an adviser and their clients.

Carlos Thibaut, CEO of 360, reflected on the selection process where, “Ingard raised a high bar in their selection of a technology provider and I’m delighted to say that they selected 360. Both front and back office technology is fast becoming a differentiator for major businesses in the financial services sector. The capabilities in our practice management system, FactFind and Client Portal, delivers time saving and opportunity generating functionality in a secure environment that firmly places Ingard advisers ahead of the competition.”

Data security is becoming a more prominent topic in modern life with recent high profile incidents reported in the press. 360 Dot Net embeds security into all its products with recognised industry standard protocols and techniques. All 360 systems are hosted on the Microsoft Azure Cloud, its system infrastructure benefits from strong physical and logical security coupled with flexible scalability options. Lastly, 360 runs penetration testing that allows intruders and hackers to test the security and robustness of 360’s system on a regular basis, with any vulnerabilities swiftly actioned.

360 is future-proofing advisers by taking heed of contemporary market demands, developing new features and adapting to address new legislative requirements. Carlos Thibaut concludes, “Change, disruption and FinTech is becoming the norm in the market. By using our existing innovations, such as the Client FactFind and Portal, we can then exploit and build new capabilities for intermediaries to capture and retain new business, while responding to changes and trends to ‘keep advisers ahead in a digital world.’ “
